Okay, so this is kind of long -

We had 11 in our family group (ages 13-75), split into 4 cabins.

Excursion that was the big problem regarding NCL response (marked 'terrible' due to this one)-

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Steward kept the cabin clean and made up, good service

Need more outlets - 2 outlets is not adequate. Take a "cruise-approved" adapter so you can get more outlets/USB ports

the balcony makes the very small cabin seem a bit bigger, so that was nice. You have to insert your key card into a slot by the door in order to have electricity in the room, so having a bit of natural light from the balcony helps. Not sure if I could handle the pitch-black of the interior cabins. The hallways are about wide enough for a person and a half, when you meet someone in the hallway someone has to put themselves into the recessed area of a near-by doorway to allow someone to pass.

The bathroom was a good size, enough room to maneuver around. There is a retractable clothesline in the shower, which comes in handy.

Port Reviews

New Orleans

NOLA was interesting, we spent the Saturday before the cruise

Went to Cafe DuMonde, walked around Jackson Square, ate at a nice restaurant in that area.

Departure day - The port was confusing, congested ( guessing the roadwork, Saints home game didn't help)

Harvest Caye

Spice Farm and Botanical Gardens - recommend (mentioned in my overall review)
