Super-friendly staff with excellent customer service attitude. Easy embarkation & debarkation. Beautiful food presentation in Lido market & dining room. The staff were very accommodating for my food allergies.

Many choices for excursions. The Curacao Beach Express & Costa Rica Tortuguero Canal were very enjoyable. High quality, talented entertainment onboard. The Step One dance show was rather frenetic with too much running about the stage. Would have liked more synchronized steps and/or traditional ballroom dances. The dual pianos at Billboard Onboard seemed to be the most popular live music entertainment. Super-talented guys...Andy & Luke.

Clean, attractive public areas that never felt crowded or noisy. Balcony cabin was clean & comfortable. On a couple of nights, there was considerable vibration & shudder that could be felt in the bed while trying to sleep. Our dining table mates mentioned the same thing. We were both in forward cabins. This was our 2nd cruise on Holland America & will likely stick with them for future cruises.
