Fun times entertainment was excellent great shows.. Jasper the director was funny and we enjoyed all his activities. The ship was in good condition overall but the sink didn't drain well and one afternoon we had no water in the afternoon. The service was overall good although some bartenders were rude and not very customer service oriented. (this happens when people are tipped automatically)

The food (buffet) was good for a cruise- nice omelets and crepes and many choices. The specialty restaurants service was A+. The coffee was horrible so we went to Starbucks would love to see good coffee on cruise ships. We paid for the upgraded beverage service but it was difficult to get bottled water for our rooms had to go to bar to get. Would appreciate when you upgrade to free water they put some in your room for you.

The big negative was the required drill for safety. We were herded into tight area and waited for the late comers to join us. Then we couldn't understand what was being said on the overhead and couldn't see the crew members showing us how to put on life jacket.
