We chose this cruise because of the itinerary - Barcelona to Miami in 17 days. This was our first time on Oceania and our second cruise ever. This is considered a smaller ship with only ~600 passengers - we liked the smaller size. This ship was re-done in 2019 so everything was lovely, clean, and fresh and decorated in calming colors. We had great weather most of the trip with only one rain day - seas seem calm to us but other noted the movement.

The ports were all convenient to the cities- it was an extra treat to go up the river to dock in Seville - only the smaller ships can do this. We booked our own smaller tours and were glad we did as we do not like the large bus tour experience. The best was an electric bike tour in Seville (used Viator). The ship could not pull into St. George, Bermuda and went to Kings Wharf instead, luckily we did not have a plan for that day so the change was fine and we spent the day at the Commissioners House/Fort/ Dolphin training center.

Most people seemed to enjoy the food; I thought some of the food was done well but I would still say it is institutional food service. The chef seems to limit salt and sugar so food was never too salty or too sweet. The best food was what you could have prepared onsite - so the Waves Grill was the place to eat lunch. It had both meat and fish choices, as well as salads. There was steak or lobster on every menu on the ship at dinner - that seem important to many but if you were vegetarian, you would has almost as many options.
