Well, always wanted to do a transatlantic cruise, why not on a new ship. The embarkation was quick and painless. Since the Encore is pretty much the same as The Bliss and The Joy, it was easy to find everything. Everything was so clean and fresh. The entertainment was wonderful, enjoyed every show. Love the snow crabs, grilled king crabs, and the giant shrimps at the Garden Buffet. Love Ocean Blue, Food Republic, and Le Bistro. Service was wonderful.

The only thing I was very disappointed was the medical bill! I got sick while on the ship, and I seldom get sick even at home. I got a bill that is almost as much as my cruise!

The immigration process in NYC was a joke! It took over an hour. Why do they have 2 lines and we are always at the slow line! So stupid!! Read more
