We're in our 70's but young at heart. We were on the Majesty of the Seas Oct. 28 sailing out of Miami, 2 ports, Key West and Nassau. It was a blast! We embarked on the ship, put our things away, Deck 3 rear -- great location. Yes, the rooms are tiny. The ship was built in 1992, so just accept that. The cruise was a BLAST! We loved the food, our stateroom person (Martin) was wonderful, our dining room waiters, table 349 Maha and Joseph, were delightful, great service. The ship's band was phenomenal. Happy people everywhere. The cruise director ,Tornado Tonya, was incredible!!!!!!!!!! Really!!!!!!!! We would follow any ship with her on it! She put on a veterans and first responder event that was just perfect -- it was in the Centrum, tons of passengers on the upper floors watched as the veterans assembled in the center, music playing, taps at the end. Very few dry eyes. TT made all the entertainment special. She announced that every ship she's on she organizes a veterans appreciation event. And it was special -- ALL the entertainers were GREAT!!!!!!!! The last night's show was Boogie Wonderland. Standing ovation. Halloween on the ship -- what FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lots of passengers had gone to great lengths to have amazing costumes -- there was a Halloween Bash, costume contest, dancing -- we are not costume people, but did bring masks. Lot of fun. As was trivia and karaoke. And of course the opportunity to be in Key West ALL DAY was divine. We have nothing but accolades for the old lady Majesty of the Seas. Keep on keeping on!!!!!!!!!!!
Linens nice, pillows nice, NO REFRIGERATOR, knew that going in, brought a cooler. Adequate for a 5-night cruise, Had a port hole. Quiet.
