Cabin: Family Suite with Balcony

It was easy leaving in New Jersey to just catch the ship and getaway. We were delayed over 2 hours boarding the ship. We stood outside online without anyone telling us what the problem was. I cannot believe they did not try with todays technology to contact people and let them know there would be a delay. NCL knew as the ship did not dock until 10:00. The worst embarkation in my 40 years of cruising. Service is minimal in restaurants at best. Actually had a waiter in Le Bistro walk over to the table after we sat and asked if we were ready to order. No introduction or would we like a drink etc. La Cucina and Las Lobos can't compete with diner food. Ambiance is worse. Teppanyaki was the best food on the ship. Moderno for suite guests was excellent in both food and service. The smell of smoke from the casino and the smoking lounge was unbearable. Getting off the ship was easy. I would not go on NCL again.

Cabin Review

Family Suite with Balcony

Cabin was the savior. Great size and balcony. More importantly it allowed us to eat in Moderno for breakfast and lunch. The butler and concierge were good. Big help getting on and off the ship as well. Worth the money if you must take this ship.
