Wanted to do a Transatlantic and the ports of call were great! The staff was friendly enough but the ship was a complete let down! Dirty smelly cabin and everywhere I sat the seats were dirty and very uncomfortable! Food was just ok never really hot. Bedspread was torn and had seen better days! Throw pillows in our cabin smelled and were stained as well as the throw they put at the bottom of the bed. I asked them to be removed and replaced... never replaced!

Thank God I brought along Clorox wipes and room spray and had a balcony so I could air the place out!!!

Many times no seating in buffet except way in the back and by the time you got a seat food was cold! Also crumbs on table and chairs!!! The staff didn’t really have time to clean up after ppl left due to the amount of ppl needing a seat!
