As many other reviews state...”a easier way to visit multiple Hawaiian islands” was the draw for this cruise. Having cruised with multiple lines & reading various reviews about Pride of America we knew not to expect perfection. We Added the 3 day hotel/land excursions to our trip prior to boarding the ship. It help us adjust with our jet lag.
Our balcony cabin (8134) was dated/average & room for 2. (Our female steward was the best we have ever experienced in our years of cruising).
The buffet dining was adequate & the up-charged restaurants were a disappointment ( we tried 3 different ones) due to poor servers. One night we watched our food delivered to the servers wait station while our server & 3 others stood together laughing/talking/. After 10 minutes I walked up to the group & pointed out our food & that our request for additional drink orders had still not been filled 25 minutes later. There was no apology just a cool attitude from our server from then forward.
Room for 2. Fabulous female steward. Dated with small balcony.
