Nice cruise with great food, entertainment and service encounter part of a nor'easter in Halifax, but we just stayed overnight so it wasn't a big deal. Overall we had lots of sunny days to see the colors. Missed Bar Harbor, but it would have been raining. Weather this time of year isn't always great.

We've been on about 20 cruises and the singers and dancers on this one were the best. Amazing talent.

Veendam is in great shape after dry dock earlier this year. They haven't messed up the Crows Nest like on some of the newer ships - and there still is a library. And we like it's (relatively) small size.

Cabin Review

Neptune Deluxe Verandah Suite

Nice large cabin, huge veranda, great stewards (Komang and Made). Neptune lounge and concierge very nice and helpful. Could only find two plugs in the room and no USB, so we had to charge devices in shifts.

Port Reviews

Montreal

Beautiful city - stay in Old Montreal before boarding.

Halifax

Was raining but enjoyed Immagrant Museum.
