Average at best, terrible disembarkation and embarkation processes. Front desk and customer services dont care and on ship and off have done nothing to address my concerns. Cannot gte anyone in customer services to even respond now. Have your money, see you later. Ship is clearly old, cramped cabins, shower horrendous. Entertainment and waiter staff only good thing. Told me had to adhere to smart casual dress at dinners, was not enforced as people in shorts. Told to queue and then allow people to just push and shove. Was like boarding an easyjet flight before allocated seating. Just poor and fact nobody cares even worse.
I was supposed to have 2 cabins 1 with twin room - that never happened. Had an express massage on deck - guy had no idea. Bathrooms on dismebarkation day were so foul my wife threw up when she walked in. All these complaints have been ignored by MSC customer services.
