We wanted to try out something that’s fun and relaxing and were told Carnival Cruise Line could be one good choice. Since the itinerary was able to fit into our overall schedule touring LA and taking another cruise ship, we decided to sail on Carnival Inspiration.

We were impressed by the Long Beach Cruise Terminal which is run by Carnival Cruse Line. The fun element started when we were brought to a cocktail table where they would verify our identify. Everything was really just like s flash, scanned and we saw our photo. We didn’t have to go go thru another round or registration and the key card was sent to the stateroom by 1:30pm.

The activities on the ship were American orientated but people were enjoying on the ship. It’s Halloween season and many guests were dressed up every day in their own favourite Halloween characters.

Cabin Review

Porthole

The cabin is very spacious, as compared to many other ships which I had been before. Surprised that portfolio windows room has an extension out which makes the room even more spacious. The only thing I feel could be improved is the room temperature adjustment. Understand it is an old model and if we feel cold we can just turn it off, but it’s still very cold. So the only alternative is to ask them for extra blankets.
