Viking as always made this land and river travel comfortable and easy. The person that made everything so easy and rewarding was Leo, the guide that was assigned to our small group. Leo was so accommodating, knowledgeable, proud of his heritage he made every part of the trip interesting and informative. In addition he was continually making sure we were comfortable and enjoying the experience. It was so good to have the same person the whole adventure to rely on for all aspects of the travel. Leo was always available for any of our questions or needs. He handled all of our travel as well as providing the most informative and rich experience understanding the history and depth of his country. He is a real professional and made our experience wonderful. The land accommodations were five star. The river cruise was excellent. Food on land and on the river was excellent with many choices and gave a very great variety in Chinese food. The very best part of the cruise was being assigned In a small group with the same people and same guide. We still keep in touch with people we had in our cohort.
