We have been on about 20 cruises. 3rd with Royal Caribbean. We been everywhere a cruise can take you in the Caribbean and Bahamas. So we choose our cruises by the ship not destination. This ship looked spectacular. We called and booked directly with Royal Caribbean. We chose the very back inside balcony room right behind the VIP suite. They said we would be able to see the aqua show. We asked about the night noise. He said it was double pane glass noise reduction. NO it is NOT. We heard the show every night, twice a night. Very loud. Also if your looking for a good night sleep away from the show. Forget that unless you like sleeping on Concrete. These beds are so hard me and my wife couldn't sleep all the way through one night. Very uncomfortable. Only a handful of staff treats you like they want you there. The rest treat you like your going through a drive thru window at McDonalds. Can't wait for you to go away. They try to get everyone out of their room at 6:30 am on arrival day. That's like we don't care where you go but you can't stay here. The food is very poor except in the main dining room and specialty restaurants. Even then they are so afraid of salt that a lot of it is bland. The burgers and hot dogs that are included are worse than the ones you had in school. They want you to buy Johnny Rockets. Carnival gives free Guy Burgers and Bar B Q.. Royal Caribbean has the Dog House. Very poor. This is their toppings bar, onions, tomato, sauerkraut and wait no that's it. With condiments of course. 3 wieners, pathetic beef, chicken, or pork sausage. No Cheese, No Chili and buns that are so thin a discount grocery store wouldn't sell them. The Buffet is small and the exact same thing every day. Example: They had beef stew, next day beef casserole (look in the pot its just beef stew) Next day its beef pie (look at it and its beef stew with rolls on top of it).

To sum it up. Hard beds, 80% of staff not nice, Food poor.
