Picked the Anthem to experience a big ship and visit Bermuda which I had not seen in 30 years. The Pros: Cabin 3652 was larger than expected. Quiet too! The crowd was not a problem. Service was spectacular everywhere. The Cons: Food was just ok. Seems like everything was overcooked. We only ate at the main dining room once. There were two tables behind us that were part of a group. They constantly shouted to each other. We could not here our table's conversation. Drinks in the dining room were tiny. All drinks were very expensive. $12 -$16 for a bourbon. Best Bar was in the Solarium. Bartenders remembered our drink and the pour was better. That being said, we do not drink enough to make the packages worth it. On other ships, we were able to buy a bottle and mixers or carafs. Options not offered on the Anthem.

Entertainment: While most people seem to complain, I thought the shows were very good. Talent was superior. On the other hand, thought the one comedian we saw was boring. Make the reservations and show up 20-30 minutes for best seats. Nothing was overly crowded.

Bermuda: well can't stop progress. Thought the Hamilton has lost it's charm. Ate at the popular Hog Penny. Food was just ok. But atmosphere worth going for drinks.

Cabin Review

Ocean View

We were very pleasantly surprised. Cabin in great shape. Super clean. Bathroom larger than expected. Tons of storage. I always pick the back of the ship and try to avoid the noisy areas. We go to sleep early and rise early. Though the crew door was right next to us, never heard it open or close. The gate at Bermuda was just below us. Heard a couple of clunks but no big deal.
