We were in a large group. Perfect fir us to hang out and also do things separate from group. Our room was great, service was not amazing and the communication of where entertainment was held was missed by most of us. Probably our fault.

We all had many drinks, ate with the sane servers each night and no attempt to make trip special was seen. I just found that the service was not personal or personalized in any area. Some of the bar staff were rude and the wait times were long. Overall a good trip, just surprised by the lack of smiles, greetings and interaction from service personnel.

Comedy show was great, the pool area was nice and the fitness center all though crowders at times, it was nice equipment and you were able to get a good workout in daily. Read more
