Embarkation in vancouver was a disaster! embarkation staff was incompetent and overwhelmed by the number of passengers. there was no special line for handicap or platinum members.
Lifeboat drill was at 1100 p.m.-stupid time to have it. passengers were tired after being up all day then waiting for the embarkation process.
Our seattle stop was cancelled-we were not informed of this until later that night. had we have known in advance that we were not going to seattle then we would have changed our booking. overheard several passengers saying they had friends/family meetings in seattle. a big disappointment for a lot of people.
GREAT CABIN
Follow-up: contacted ncl and advised them of my complaints.
They responded with a form letter addressing the port delays and cancellation issue. they never addressed the other issues!
Obviously, they are not concerned about the poor service issues.
However, they did take the time to remind me that all customers were given a $100. Credit per cabin. time to take that hundred and book a cruise on another cruise line that cares about the customer.
