We booked because we wanted to really experience ultimate luxury cruising but the facility of toys such as helicopters and submarine. We could not have been more disappointed. Facilities on board ship are very limited in terms of outside space and inside activities.
There is no outside pool and the only inside one is bizarrely placed in the middle of a café.
Paying guests were clearly second priority over the endless TV/media/travel agents and VIPs who were given free run of the ship at every port.
Looks good and has a classic feel but poor design. It only has two usable plug points. Wardrobe space is very limited and the huge TV can only be seen when sat directly in front of it. Lights started to go wrong early on with lights coming on in the middle of the night and Air Con failing so that temperature just inclreased as the night went on. This was a complaint from other guests.
Bathroom is good but the trendy sink simply doesnt work and heat from the shower became really hot as the cruise went on.
Our suite was by a staff access door and refigeration unit so noise was 24 hours a day on our balcony from the air vents and doors started slamming from 6am every morning. Luxury it was NOT.
