We booked Costa Pacifica for 10 night Mediterranean cruise for our wedding anniversary. It was our first cruise and i would say that it met and sometimes exceeded our expectations. Value for money was great and with few exceptions everything was awesome.
Cleanliness overall was top.
Reaching places on the ship was easy after we discovered the interactive screens. Sadly, always some of the elevators were out of service.
Cabin Review
Balcony Classic
Balcony cabin was perfect. Smoking is allowed in wall attached ashtrays on balcony and public areas. Bed was great, nice furniture, valet was great. Bath was great, bigger then expected. All works, no noise. no smells. You can order extra pillows, toiletries, towels, etc. You can even use the wifi app to order these. Room service is posible for a cost. The TV has few channels, but you probably will spend time doing something else.
Port Reviews
Savona
Nice little italian port city, Lots to see. Don't miss the Priamar Fortalezza and the cathedral (chappel).
Marseille
Nice visit. Tries to take a boat to Chateau d'If but it wasn't possbile due to weather. See Notre Dame de la Garde and Le Panier.
Tenerife
We visit Oratava and Puerto de la Cruz.
Malaga
Must see the citadels and the cathedral.
