Terrible. Crusty ship. Brown water from bathroom sink. Captain was terrible and kept Sailing up into the bottom of the hurricane causing us to have an unnecessary rough ride. He would find the roughest seas at night so that no one could sleep from the rocking. We were lied to from the get go. They should have canceled the cruise because of the hurricane but they are too money hungry. They kept saying no change to itinerary so that we weren’t able to cancel or change dates without penalty. We didn’t end up going to any ports except lame Key West for only a few hours and there wasn’t enough time to do anything. And to top it all off they refuse to reimburse any money or make it right in any way. They were basically just like oh well too bad. So we paid full price for a trip we didn’t get to take. Didn’t see a beach once. And they also said that if the port to return home was closed they would stay out to sea until it opened.. more lies. They dumped us off at Port Canerval and made us take a 2&1/2 hour bus ride to Jax. NEVER cruising with Carnival again. It’s the sucky low end of cruise ships anyways. Choose a different line.
