We chose this cruise because of the itinerary and because we were already vacationing in London prior. We really enjoyed the ice show “Strings.” The violinist was phenomenal and the choreography of the skaters was great. We ate in the main dining room the first two nights. The food was good, portions could have been bigger but the service was very slow. Izumi was good but it was an hour until we ate. I understand there is a show involved with dining in a hibachi restaurant but it just took too long. The balcony room was in a great location mid ship on Deck 7. I liked the size of the ship. Not too big and not too small. The ship excursion to Brugge was very good. We did the half day guided tour with free time. Overall a very nice ship and we would travel on her again if the opportunity arose.

Our cabin steward was great. Our room was clean and roomy.

Port Reviews

Brugge (Bruges)

We loved this city! So quaint and easy to navigate. Our tour guide was very informative.

Cherbourg

We did a private tour of the d-day sites while docked in Cherbourg. It was the highlight of the trip.
