My family was excited for months to cruise. The suite we had was very nice and clean along with a beautiful balcony. Everything from that point on went down hill. There were so many people on the ship you felt like sardines. The ship was big and kids activities were nice but you had to wait on line for a couple of hours to do the ropes course, rock wall and some of the slides. The food to say the least was sup par we pretty much ate indian food everyday, eggs bendect were soggy, French toast we tried twice both times not cooked thru, once my daughter got a raw hamberger, barely any seafood, Restaurant service was soooooo SLOW. Only 2 shows that we liked the rest were not entertaining, one time we were asked to leave a show as there were not enough seats crazy isn't it for all the money that we spend they did not have enough entertainment to go around. My son, daughter and Mother in law all got sick and 2 of them had to be quarenteened for 24 hours. They got food poisoning from the ship and this is the best they blamed it on us and were pretty rude about it. I contacted headquarters when I came back to the states only to find out that customer service was not any better twice I wrote to them only receiving an automated response with NO solutions. One of the Worst Cruise lines we have ever taken AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mid-Ship Mini-Suite with Balcony
