We wanted to go to Greenland and when the offer came up grabbed it. However wished we had paid more with another operator.

Paid for a better room when booking however found on when on board some people had been upgraded to our cabin category they had paid £1,000 less than us.

Ship old, no comfortable chairs inside other than the 5 in the library. Chairs in dining room dirty, chairs in Show Lounge not fixed to the ground meant anyone sitting in them restricted the view of those behind.

Cabin Review

Cabin 11

Paid for an upgrade - however room 607 very small but the worst thing was we were above or below the Show Lounge with two shows a night which we could hear in our cabin so could not sleep. Found out some people had to upgraded to our cabin category who had a quiet room and had paid £1,000 less than us.

Port Reviews

Kirkwall

We waited in the lounge on the Marco Polo for over 3 hours to get off the ship - no announcements were made so sat there like idiots.

Torshavn (Faroe Islands)

Bad weather so tour cancelled.
