Pros: Beautiful ship and interior lobby, nice variety of food available throughout day including a lot of salmon, nice cabin, very comfortable beds, some nice staff, cool medallion technology allowed to open cabin doors, easily order food, drinks, casino money, good gym, jogging track, basketball court, ping pong, pools, large screen outside showing nightly movies, concerts, gelato shop, great sushi bar

Cons: Excessive fees (internet - $130, high daily fees), most staff did not look happy at all to be there are many were very rude (french pizza guy was extremely rude to everyone), confusing on where to get ship info and directed to download multiple apps (OceanView, OceanCompass, OceanNow, OceanReady - really, you can't just have one app like most organizations?), was looking forward to eating Alaskan crab and never saw it offered even at an additional price (epic fail!), consistently were making repairs to ship and we had to smell strong stain / paint odor on our balcony and multiple areas of ship, consistently closing sections of buffet well before breakfast or lunch were over and so certain foods weren't available if you didn't come early, pushed jewelry sales in your face throughout entire cruise and even was duped into attending a jewelry show when we told it was a welcome and informational event about the ship, no arcade for the kids, had an Alaskan sled dog experience (puppies) that were obviously drugged because all four didn't move in two hours but slept.. Overall, we didn't feel that the goal of Princess was to provide a great experience for us, but rather to make money and this will most likely be our last cruise on a Princess ship.
