My cousin's wife picked the tour because of the itinerary. We have traveled Norwegian many, many times and always had a good experience. We are senior citizens and felt that due to the size of the ship we missed a lot of things. VERY long lines, reservations for entertainment venues, LONG tracks up and down the docks to load. These were things we should have expected due to the huge size of this boat. Dining with all of the choices was very, very nice and we enjoyed all of the food that we were served. Our excursions were booked with Cruise Critic folks and we REALLY did like meeting the folks on these trips. The entertainment that we were able to see was generally good. We felt much lack of dancing venues and any subdued piano, etc. was very, very hard to find. The lines at customer service, excursions and anything else you really needed tended to run into half hour/hour waits and that was just not good.
