We chose this cruise to circumnavigate the British Isles and found nothing but dissapointment.

We have recently returned from a cruise around the British Isles on MSC Orchestra (5th June Hamburg). If MSC gave us free tickets to cruise again we wouldn't accept them.

Our first encounter was at embarkation with queue after queue checking the same thing over and over followed by sit-down lunch (deck5 ) where we were refused 2 glasses of water and both the waiter and maitre de argued with us over our need to pay around EUR1 per glass to get tap water! This continued at the dinner table also.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B2

The cabin is decorated very nicely however as the balcony is large the cabin itself is small and confining. Most of the days were cold and wet so the balcony was of no use.

Port Reviews

Greenock (Glasgow)

Used the train to get to Glasgow and took the red bus - easy and very informative

Invergordon (Inverness)

Did our own car tour to the castle and surrounding. Very easy very good

Belfast

Took a shared taxi to the Giants Causeway - took around 2 hrs to get there but stopped along the way to see various sights
