Picked this cruise for the ports. Embarkation was a disaster, long lines and staff that was not trained which made the process even longer. Traveled with a family group of eleven that spanned three generations.

The ship was fun, clean and lots to do for all ages. Entertainment was good for everyone. One drawback was only two pools and four hot tubs. The pools were ok, but if this ship is in a warm weather destination, not enough pools. Guessing the hot tubs were full as the weather is cool. We went to three shows which were very good, similar to what you would get in Vegas. Bar service was good, but the food service.

Food in the buffets was poor to average, humongous crowds and generally cool to cold by the time you ate. Food in the specialty restaurants was unbelievably slow, often cool to cold and lacked any quality. I would say Olive Garden and a cheap steak house were much better than the "specialty" dining options on board. If you dine in the specialty restaurants, plan on at least two hours and bring your own drinks as they are very slow and often wrong.

Cabin Review

Inside Stateroom

Cabin IC

We chose inside rooms as we had our three kids with us and we wanted to have adjoining rooms with two bathrooms. I loved the inside rooms, very dark and cool for sleeping.

Port Reviews

Tallinn

Walked Old Town by ourselves. It was a highlight of the trip.

Helsinki

HOHO worked well, took a boat tour as well.
