In general myself and my husband were pleased with the cruise . We wanted a medium sized ship with good entertainment facilities and a variety of ports.
This was our third cruise but first time on Oceana.
Our main criticism was the subbed situation. We liked to have a fairly relaxing breakfast on sea days but once we got up to top decks, sun beds were very scarce! People had draped towels over them and gone off, and it took a few treks round the decks to find any free ones! Well, there were plenty free but all had towels left in them, books and bags etc left beside them! We felt that staff should be stopping this from happening somehow! I must admit that, had I known this would be that difficult I would never have booked this shop for a med cruise!!! Even down on deck 7 where you could sit in the open air without a pool, it was crazily busy and towels again draped in all seats!
Liked it, bed comfy, nice window, good to have kettle etc, lack of sockets, great location
