We wanted to see Havanna so this was the best way. We loved the balcony room. Embark and disembark smooth. Only issue you weren't informed which floor to embark. We just happened to follow people to correct level in Key West. In Havanna we could see from our balcony where to go. Arriving back at port Canaveral info sheet said 7:30am to disembark. However, we left our room at 7am and were able to walk off. The info sheet did not include what floor. Found this strange. We had to upgrade to bottled water since my husband has organ transplant and cannot risk infection/germs. Had to pre pay tip for this which is fine except everytime we wanted bottled water or most drinks we had to go to the bar. Lack of bar servers for sure. Only place we had good service was in the 2 restaurants. Brochure online listed coffee bar however I could not use my drink upgrade in the Starbucks. No mention online about starbucks. Should change their infor. Also Champagne bar was supposed to have pate and foie gras. Food was not so so. Nothing wowed us. Couldn't open frig in room and steward wouldn't open so I went to customer service and got it opened so we could put bottled water. Strange to have a lock on frig when there were items in it to purchase. Loved the comedian which we saw 3 nights. Can't remember his name. We went to the casino each night as well. Loved the history in Havanna. So happy we were able to go since 2 weeks after our trip cruises were stopped. We prefer all inclusive over cruises. Must better waiter service and food. Do not like tipping to the cruise line prefer to tip when we get good service which we only got in the 2 dinner restaurants so we tipped them and a few bar tenders like we do at resorts even though resorts say tips are included. we always tip good service.
