3 couples (brothers & sister & spouses) took this trip for the Glacier Bay stop.

2 of the couples had been to Alaska previously--but never had seen Glacier bay.

Our age grouping is late 60's to early 80's. My wife & I had never been to AK and after reading many reviews on CC, decided to select the Eurodam for the GLacier Bay stop.

Cabin Review

Superior Verandah Suite

Cabin SY

Near rear elevator bank, just before bulge. No noise--had cabins below and above us.

Had a sofa that converts to a twin bed. Our son (26) slept on that--said it was just ok.

3 closets, safe, umbrella, 1 binocular. Lighting for closet was from one light in ceiling-more lights would be nice. Bathroom was big-- had two sinks-shower stall (tight) and tub/shower.

Dispensers for soap, shampoo & conditioner. Powerful toilet--plenty of hot water. Lots of mirrors. There is a device mounted on the wall near the entrance door that you need to insert your cabin key card to activate the AC. Balcony was +/- 50 sf. Several 110/120 v outlets plus USB plug. Movable small spotlights on each side of bed for reading. 3 pillows on each side of bed--mostly soft and mushy--One pillow each that was somewhat firm. Bed was ok--not as comfy as on Oasis. Flat screen TV mounted on wall opposite beds.

Cabin was not as big as Jr Suite on Oasis, but adequate. Interior decor was of a darker nature--I did not care, but wife commented on it Women are more picky about that stuff IMO.
