We chose this 49 day cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale to Los Angeles because of the itinerary and because we would only have to fly once from Los Angeles to FL and only drive from Los Angeles back home. We chose Princess because we thought we would have an above average experience.

Princess failed to impress us and although we are close to elite status, will have to rethink going on our next cruise on Princess.

We were happy with our balcony room, room stewart and the ship in general.

Balcony

Balcony. We found room fine. I liked the closet layout as there are no doors and seems to have more room this way. Balcony size was fine. Promptly cleaned for us every day.

Port Reviews

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

We stayed at Embassy Suites, pre cruise package through Princess. Very close to restaurants and markets.

Barbados

Walked around in port, chose not to do excursion as none were of interest.

Ushuaia (Tierra del Fuego)

Walked in town/no tours
