The cruise was not a very good experience for us.
When travel agent was selling us the ship, we were told us it is comparable to the royal caribbean fleet. We came in this ship expecting similar conditions for the ship and we were shocked by the general condition and the lack of cleanliness. He did not sell this as an inferior quality cruise liner.
When we complained at the reception desk we were told to wait to the end of the cruise and express our thoughts in the opinion survey.
Cabin Review
About our cabin: bathroom smelled like urine 90% of the time, vanity top pealing, cabin AC not working, bathroom light not working, the showers were mildewy, furnishings dated and worn out, towels had seen better days, carpet was filthy and with stains
It was very noisy in the rooms, we could hear our loud neighbors, as well as people calling on each other from the hallways.
