The ship is beautiful. The staff on this ship were not very friendly. They didn't really want to help you out. I have only sailed on Royal Caribbean and this ship is the only one I would not recommend. They were going to have a movie at the Aqua theater and they cancelled it for a staff party. Please don't tell mainly kids and then cancel. So we rented the movie and watched it in the room as to not disappoint the kids. One example of not taking care of passengers. I could go on.
The cabin was outside balcony. It was nice. Liked the sofa bed was two separate twin beds.
The main dining was good. The buffet was not good the food the was to be hot was cold. For breakfast you cannot get omelets in the Windjammer, we only found the in the dining room. That buffet was really good. Did not try any dining that cost extra.

Ocean View Balcony
Like that the sofa bed was 2 twin bed. One was the sofa and the other one pull out from down sofa. Bathroom seemed a little bigger. Storage was a little more.

They told us not to walk outside the shopping area unless you where on an excursion. Sorta scary.
Cozumel
Must take a cab to town unless you are very fit.
