let me start be saying this was a chartered cruise. that being said there are some things that were not carnival's fault but solely the responsibility of the group who sponsored the cruise. this review is only about carnival magic.

the cabin was ok, our room steward was friendly and kept our room clean, however he did not do anything to our balcony which was consistently dirty. i had to wipe out chair before i could sit. the bathroom had a persistent sewer smell and the flooring had soft spots that felt like if i stepped on it wrong my foot would go through the floor. there was adequate storage space.

the spa was wonderful. i had several massages and enjoyed the steam room and the Thalassotherapy Pool were great. i took advantage of the facilities almost every day of my seven day cruise. Read more
