Love Bermuda!!!! We saw this as a great chance to take a quick "Getaway". We love the ship experience as much as the itinerary, but the ship experience wasn't that great. The food and service wasn't that great, from osheehan's to the MDR's, to specialty dining, to the rude staff at customer service(on board). This cruise just seemed a little off, never saw the Captain, we heard him once on last sea day, only saw the CD one time. The entertainment was awesome!!! Our cabin attendant, Eric was awesome!!!!, the best ever. Overall we were disappointed, it was the first time we did not purchase a Cruise Next cert. (this was our fifth NCL cruise). Please please NCL, you have another shot in June to bring us back!!!!!!, this was the only cruise i ever considered reducing the daily gratuities (i just couldn't do it). We look forward to going back to Bermuda in June and finding out this was just a blip on the radar.
