Logistics getting on and off the cruise, especially debarkation which was the worst of any of the 25 plus times we have cruised. We had the drink package which did not include water in the room or the self service wine bar in the buffet. The lines at the bar discouraged getting a drink. Drinks with meals were no problem. We had specialty dining. However, getting a reservation was difficult or unavailable because of prebooking. When we did get a reservation, the restaurant was far from full, i.e. many empty tables. We had the same experience with reservations for the nightly shows. One particular show we wanted to see had no spaces available, but when we looked into the theater just after it started there were many empty seats. My theory is that people pre-book everything just to make sure they have a reservation and then fail to show up at the dining rooms or the entertainment. A room steward and the dining room waiters were great. I also enjoyed the card room. We were unable to disembark at the private island due to high seas. Surprisingly we received a small credit when we left the ship because the NCL private island was unavailable.

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MC

No walk in shower. Shower was in a bathtub with very high sides. Very difficult to get into the tub to take a shower. Request and received step stool which had two steps. Bathtub lip was higher than the second step. Not good for seniors.
