We are in our early 60's and fit and healthy. The Cunard line represented to us elegance, fine dining and an association with the Grand Queens of the Sea.
Though there were some good points to the ship including the Common Areas, the Afternoon Tea, Library and some entertainment, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired.
We were in Cabin 6123 Starboard with balcony. We were assigned Britannia early seating.
Small poky bathroom with no drawers and little space to place belongings.
Shower has plastic pull around curtain! If one person in the bathroom and one getting dressed, the one in bathroom can't get out because of doors and limited space.
The bedroom was not large, though the bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning unable to be altered at night. Balcony/glass areaand floor was never cleaned during the 24 day cruise.
There was a charge for the shuttle bus to take us approx 1 kilometre into town $6US
