We choose this cruise because a large group was going and invited us. We found that the layout of the ship was strange, a lot of the areas to gather were to small. The rooms with balcony were really small also compared to other cruise lines. The service in the restaurants and bars were extremely slow! The servers were also kind of rude, not friendly at all. More like you were bothering them, this did not make for a fun relaxing vacation. You had to ask numerous times for a drink refill at a specialty restaurant. A lot of the bars around the ship close really early. We thought maybe this was just us, but we spoke to quite a few people on this cruise and we heard the same from all of them. They couldn’t wait to get off. I really do not feel like we expect to much, we are really easy going. I never complain and never leave reviews, but I just really could not believe the lack of service and lack of staff and friendliness this ship was lacking. Extremely disappointed!
