This our third cruise. Many positives. A few negatives. First the positives. Dining room food and service exceeded expectations considering some of the reviews we read. Food was good. Portions are small but that is fine with me. Don't like overeating. Service was perfect every night. My Time Dining was flawless. Longest wait to be seated all week was 5 minutes. Our enjoyment of the shows was mixed. Grease was fantastic. I had seen Grease on Broadway and this production was much better. The diving shows were also incredible. Almost too high and scary to watch. Ice shows good but not great. Other shows including comedian and RC production just average. Embark and disembark very smooth. They have that figured out. Worst part of embarkation is the ridiculous bottleneck getting into the port terminal. Add at least a half hour waiting for your cab to get past security checkpoint.

Excursion experience was mixed. Super good time on the Paladar and Starfish snorkel in Cozumel. The reef is stunning. Great guides and flawless execution. Chukka Horseback ride in Jamaika could have been an awesome experience but very disorganized and terrible facilities considering the number of guests that they get per day. The changing facility to get into swimsuit for the water ride is a one stall bathroom where you dont want to touch anything. They left us milling around asking what we are supposed to do. Should be much better at $100 a person. Labadee excursion cancelled due to wind. The island is quite nice but by the time we figured out the layout it was late in the day and we missed some great beach areas. Suggestion would be to give or have a map to help guide like an amusemant park would have.

Balcony room was comfortable. Room steward did his job perfectly and with a smile. Earned an extra tip for sure. Our friends were next door so they can open the balcony between the rooms which was very fun. Negative experiences on the pool deck. Just too many people jostling for too few chairs and pool space. Should definitely have a pool in Solarium for adults only. Just no way to provide enough poolside room in this big a ship. The other areas don't seem crowded at all. Went to one specialty resturant and the food was good but not sure it is good value to pay added $100/couple over the Main dining option. Overall this is a very clean and friendly ship with dedicated staff. Lots to do. Trade off is between all the shows and entertainment options versus sharing the pool deck with 5000. Nice ship, nice cruise.

Ocean View with Large Balcony

Midship on deck 7. Almost no sensation of ship movement. Highly recommend middle high and middle back for anyone worried about sea sickness. If you have friends and family next door just ask and they will open the balconies.
