We have cruised over 20 times at least 10 with NCL. The Escape is beautiful, but service is very erratic and not consistent. Waited 14 hours to get room cleaned after after emergency on ship. I needed to use a food tray to push all the broken glass to the side so we could walk to bathroom and get out of our cabin. Evacuation details posted on inside state room door has wrong information. They have no safety vest in the room. They are now stored elsewhere. When we followed directions crew told us to turn around and go in opposite direction which added ten minutes time to get to our station. This was brought up to staff and has not been addressed. Restaurant service staff is poor and slow. Did not bring what was ordered, , also we needed to keep asking staff for our order and for beverages. Food temperatures were consistently cold and under the required 160 degree safe food standards. We waited over an hour after we were seated and order was placed for our food to be served. Other people we talked with waited even longer. The premium restaurants had great food and great staff. Entertainment was excellent . Everything now has additional charges. It would be much better if they included everything and be upfront like other cruised do.

We sailed out of NYC March 3, 2019. We still have not received a call from NCL regarding the cruise.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BE

Cabin was acceptable. After ship listed it took over 14 hours to have all the glass cleaned up. I needed to push all the broken glass to the side so we could walk out the cabin. Also no one on staff even called us to see if we were ok or had we been hurt in anyway. They down played the entire mishap.
