Cabin: Balcony
Crew is the least friendly and coldest we've ever encountered on Carnival.
The ship is full of gimmicks (for extra $); the "accessible" balcony cabin, was impossible to "navigate"; Guest Services was curt and unaccommodating when we requested a different cabin, even-though we said we'd take an inside one without requiring any fare adjustment or credit.
The Spa "therapists" were all smiles and no substance, it did not feel sincere at all.
