There was no liquid soap at all in the shower's dispenser over full 3 days regardless of monitoring the case right on 1 day to room cleaning lady and in the office. And, the major problem was the cigarette's smoke entering our room as soon as we opened the balcony.  

However, on our second tour (Feb 01 to Feb 11 2019) the service man was excellent in maintaining our cabine #4336. Regardless of his cleaning duties he fixed not easy problem with not working TV and the lack of remote control.

We did not take excursion in Fort Lauderdale since we know it quite well being there many, many times.

Very nice trip, but the guide forgot to bring the CD to those people who agreed to pay for the life photos made during the trip.

Also, generally all guides over all excursions were repeating few times to remember tipping them and drivers. It is annoying and it should be up to people's discretion.

We were driven by bus over 2.5 hrs in one direction in a small minivan instead in a big bus with toilet and air-conditioning being advertised. The guides were not well organized. The Italian speaking guide seated aside the driver, asked all Italians to seat in the front. French speaking guide was seated at the back of minivan and asked all French speaking to seat at the back. My wife (French speaking) took the front seat instead the back seat and she was asked many times to go to the back of minivan. She explained that she can't seat at the back because she has a health problem. Later, the French guide was nasty, but my wife seated in front anyway. I made a proposal to use a microphone, which minivan had. It is a generally accepted communication service with alternative translations by both guides. But, neither the guides and Costa representative (Mrs. Laura) being there did not listen to m y proposal. Hence, we did not hear the French guide. We heard an Italian guide, but we did not understand him. During stops of minivan in rest area over 15 min we experienced that Italian guide provided a lot of information to Italians. However the French guide did do anything of giving information to French speaking group regardless of our demand. Later at the spot of visit over Maya ruins, the driver (Mr. Angel) on his own offered us very professional guiding service. He was excellent in that and he deserves the great praise.
