This was my third cruise line to travel with. The Haven was nice and quiet but not sure it was worth the extra money. The restaurant menu remained the same for the entire week. Good service. Very small pool area.Very poor WiFi - expensive, slow, and spotty. Laundry also expensive. The spa was very expensive- 200/ pp.No food or beverage service in spa. Specialty restaurants were good as were the complimentary dining rooms. Public areas were super crowded. Entertainment was not that great with exception of cirque de steam. Comedians were dull. Water not included in beverage package so that was an extra expense. Shore excursions were good- nice air conditioned buses but there was pressure to rip even though the excursions were expensive and tour guides were employed by Mexican government. Will probably opt for a smaller ship on another cruise line in the future. Will not cruise with Norwegian again.
Nice large cabin with comfy bed and coffeemaker.
