Sail Date: Jan 2019

We chose this cruise because of the itinerary and the amount of time visiting Cuba.

We toured Cienfuegos, Trinidad, Havana and Santiago de Cuba. All the tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and cautious for our safety.

The ship was spotless, the crew always friendly and sincere no matter when and where.

Cabin Review

Cabin Deluxe Veranda

Our cabin was very clean. The attendant kept our room fresh. Bedding very comfortable.

We loved the heated bathroom floor as well as the cabin's night lights.

Port Reviews

Cienfuegos

We used the Ship's Tenders to meet our Tour Buses. We visited Havana, Cienfuegos and Trinidad from this port of call. Driving to Havana was a 3 hour drive in both directions. We were disappointed that the Hemingway Home was not available.

However, we did visit a bar he frequented and had a drink there. We loved riding in a 1957 Bel Air Convertible even though it was for only 15-20 minutes.

Santiago de Cuba

Even though we did not tour because of not feeling well, we enjoyed the beautiful landscape of the Harbor. We did get off the ship to exchange our leftover Cuban Currency back into U.S. dollars. We had no problem with this.

We did enjoy the friendliness of all the locals.
