My wife and i are platinum Carnival cruisers and this time had 4 family members along, including our 2 year old grandson. He was a bit overwhelmed by all the sites and sounds, but had a great time. The crew gave him special attention throughout the ship and always stopped to talk to him.

The overall cruise was very good and there were some positive changes that are easily noticed.

The crew seemed even more friendly than past cruises and were constantly asking if things were good. At one point my son, had an issue with noise outside his cabin from workers doing maintenance. He commented to staff that he just got his son down for a nap and they moved the workers temporarily. We've never seen that before.

Ocean View

Cabin 6C

The cabin was very clean and well maintained the entire cruise. Our room steward, Tony, checked in frequently to be sure all was well.

Port Reviews

St. Thomas

Always beautiful. Take the time to see Megan's Bay. This is a great area for snorkeling.

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata)

Nice area with many things to do. We felt very safe

San Juan

Still rebuilding, but making a lot of progress. The shopping is really good. Old San Juan and the fort are really fun to visit.

Grand Turk

A beautiful and fun port build by Carnival. The beach is incredible and Jimmy Buffet's is a must try.
