We had been told that the Chilean fjords were fabulous and the itinerary looked great.

The thought of seeing king penguins, going round the Cape etc was mouthwatering.

We travelled on the Coral Princess in 2010 and loved it. While we enjoyed this trip very much there are minor gripes. Minor they be but they add up.

Balcony

Cabin BB

I have no idea what category this cabin is as I don’t understand the differences! Have looked it up!

It is starboard between midships and aft (rear). A short walk to stairs to Horizon and outside deck.

Not big and no coat hooks. No doors on wardrobe means steward can see all clothes. Very small shower. Shampoo and conditioner dreadful so had to purchase on board. Very small bottles so several expensive purchases. Hairdryer in actual bedroom so drowns out TV for the other person.

Very comfortable bed.

TV remote useless. Cannot go to a channel. Must scroll up and down. TV guide badly organised. Shown fleetingly on one channel. Should have movies on demand. Watching a film and missing half of it to go and eat is not good.

Brilliant USB chargers in bedside lamps.

Balcony has large overhang so not much sun.
