Paid for internet access. Princess knew that their equipment was faulty and internet effectively unavailable. They even posted it at their internet café. Nice people at internet café couldn't get my email working either.
The primary purpose of my trip was to be in a quite place to catch-up on work that required internet access. Other than an OK cruise on a ship scheduled for a major overhaul, it was a waste of money. Now I'm 2 more weeks behind.
No compensation or refund for lack of internet service was offered. This affected everyone on the ship.
Similar to most cruise line's balcony cabin. AC varied by 3 or 4 degrees w/o adjusting thermostat. Cabin steward serviced at his convenience and not when requested. Bed & linens very nice. Bath towels old and worn.
Ground transportation unnecessarily far from terminal. No protection from rain. Got drenched.
