Nice relaxing way to Hawaii. 10 sea days, may not be for everyone, but very relaxing. Just fantastic enrichment activities with Lecturer Sharon, on the volcanic, flora, whales, etc. Tiki Dave and his wife were amazing. played and Ukelele classes (ship has some , but may need to bring one. his wife did Hula lessons and Lei making. Final night, an incredible Uk and Hula show from fellow cruisers. Dave lectured on each island, very informative for those who have not attended.

2 lobster dinners for 2 of the 3 formal nights. We preferred 5:15 dining, but our group wanted 7:30, so a bit later than normal.

had NFL sports on the big screen and in the room on ESPN.

Balcony

Cabin BA

Good balcony cabin on Aloha Deck. smaller balcony than Caribe, would recommend Caribe balconies every time. other decks have far more exposed balcony rooms.

TV was ok but older model, needs upgrade. room needs some upgrading

Ship is drydock in Victoria in April 2019. maybe some upgrades.

I felt mattress was not supportive enough, but my wife had no issue. I had back pain just as trip started. Asked for board, they could not find. Next time will request new mattress

Honolulu

hilo hattie free shuttle to Ala Moana Center to pick up local bus

local Maui Ocean adventures whale watch tour, saw a lot. 2 hours, just a few steps from tender dock

then local bus up to Whaler's Village and walk to Kaanapali beach, bus back

Kauai

10 min walk to local beach, beside Marriott

Ensenada

not much here, cleaned up some, main purpose was free wifi and McDonald's or Starbux.

NO reason even to stop here sadly, legal requirement on old Jones act before docking in LA
