Well where to start with this one ! I have been on a number of cruises and decided to include one on my recent visit to South Africa, bad choice as this cruise was easily the worst I have ever been on. Too much went wrong to detail everything but I'll have a go.

Embarkation at Cape Town was a nightmare. We had to wait 3.5 hrs to board. We had to q up in a deserted shell of a warehouse covered in birds dropping with no facilities, no water, no info from crew, a terrible start to any holiday.

Food was of a very low standard, both in the 24x7 cafeteria and the restaurant evening meals. Fine dining it was not, cold soup and badly presented, small food portions, a good way to lose weight ! Read more
