Traveled with children

We took this cruise to celebrate my daughters first birthday. The cruise itself was good, but due to high winds we were not able to dock on the last day. As a result we had to spend an extra two nights at sea. With 2 small kids on board it became quite difficult to manage as we were not prepared for the extra 2 nights. The facilities were great, especially the kids club. We were most disappointed with the food in the restaurants. It wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great either. The last day in particular was quite bad as the ship started to run out of food. Overall a good experience but not quite what we expected. We were made to cover the cost of beverages for the extra two nights which we were obviously not prepared for. Even though it was impossible to provide for all guests there should’ve have been care taken towards families with kids.

Cabin Review

Cabin Oceanview

The cabin was small, which was in all honesty what we expected. There was nothing fancy to excite us about the cabin. Just a standard room with two bank beds, which when in use makes the space in the room extremely limited. For a family of 4 it was very challenging living in such a small space.
